I used to say yes to everything. Then I got clear.
I'm Ruby Caisley, a hairdresser who used to say yes to every client, every service, every price, and burnt out doing it. I used to dread waking up on work days. Every booking felt like a reminder that I was undercharging for services I didn't even want to be doing, just to keep the column full.
What changed wasn't my skill, it was getting clear on exactly what I offered and who I was offering it to. Repositioning around brunette work changed my business, and I went from dreading every shift to being genuinely selective about who I take on and what I charge.
I built this course because the strategy I used isn't complicated, it just needs to be laid out clearly, which is exactly what these six weeks do. Every strategy inside is something I've applied to my own business, and I'm keeping this first cohort small so every student gets proper support and feedback from me directly.
